A sedan and an SUV collided at Morgan and Piper Cross roads, but there were no reported injuries, police said.
WEST SPRINGFIELD — Police and firefighters responded to a two-vehicle crash at Morgan and Piper Cross roads just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The vehicles, a sedan and an SUV, sustained heavy front-end damage and had to be towed from the scene.
West Springfield Police Capt. Thomas Wilkinson said initial reports indicated someone had been ejected from one of the vehicles, but first responders arrived on scene to find no one had been injured.
The accident remains under investigation.
