SPRINGFIELD — A driver crashed into a home at 51 Grant St. around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, according to public safety officials, who continue to investigate.
A report indicated at least one person was injured, but how badly remains unknown at this time.
The house – a large, 2½-story structure at the corner of Grant and Magazine streets in the city's McKnight section – didn't appear to be seriously damaged.
Springfield police and firefighters responded to scene, where a white minivan, a sedan and another vehicle were spotted on the property's lawn. It was not immediately clear if any of those vehicles also were involved in the crash.
