EASTHAMPTON — City Clerk Barbara L. Bombard is alerting voters from precincts 3 and 4 who will be voting at the new high school for the first time in the June 25 special election that they should enter by Williston Avenue and park in the old lot.
Voters will need walk to around the old school to the new school and will be voting in the gym. The entrance is off the school’s front plaza area. Voters should not enter through the school’s main doors.
She said there are a limited number of handicapped spaces in front of the school and voters should not park along the school’s sidewalk, which is the fire lane.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters from precincts, 1, 2 and 5 will continue to cast ballots at White Brook Middle School, 200 Park St.
Republican Gabriel Gomez and is running against Democrat Edward Markey for a seat i the U.S. Senate.
